Just back from another acupuncture session, DT is really going all out to get me back on my feet in time for Georgia. Headed out the door for a ride, if all is well and we hit the right acupuncture points then I should be just about pain free.

    try this stretch for the left IT band…stand sideways on a step with the left leg straight and the right leg is hanging off step in space. Drop your right hip down keeping your left knee straight and relax, letting gravity pull your pelvis down to the right. Hold this position for 30s and repeat a few times.
